Refund and Returns Policy

At Goldesi, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you have the best experience with our musical instruments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@goldesi.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: help@goldesi.com.

 

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders and Customs Duties

Please note that for international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees or taxes incurred upon delivery. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a return or exchange.
